Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Comtech. Below you’ll find our shipping terms and practices to help ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be determined after the order has been placed based on size and weight of the package. An invoice for shipping will be generated and sent to the email address provided. Once payment has been made for the additional shipping cost, the order will be sent.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
- Contact the shipping carrier to inquire about your package.
- If issues persist, email us at online.orders@comtech.ca with your order number.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping costs for resending the package will be the customer’s responsibility. See our Refund & Return Policy for more on returns and exchanges.
