Returns

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., your order number and photos of the damage).
No Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or damaged, you may return it for a refund only.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

- Returns requested after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
